Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.

Send letter to departments/positions that job descriptions are not on file for (Tax Collector, Part time Library Staff and Trustees, Lifeguards, Assistant Treasurer)
Discuss town insurance: transferring town insurance oversight to Select Board/Melissa/Maynard
Discuss departments that have not submitted town report after 3 requests

Discuss Town Counsel’s response to questions regarding Clerk vacancy and the Town’s options to fill the vacancy and MGL Chapter 32B Section 18.
Discuss consolidation of the Annual Town Meeting warrant budget into a "short form"
Discuss MGL Chapter 151A Section 2 and contractors working for the town
Discuss comments from AG and Town Counsel on issue with approval of 2012 bylaws
Discuss documents from Town Clerk regarding Ethics Training; make recommendations on positions to exclude from requirements
FY14 Budget: See updated Capital Expense Spreadsheet which includes all of above and future projects out to 2025

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
